....This summer brings a handover to the next generation at the Book Castle as Paul's daughter Hannah returns to the shop after a 12 year gap. She hopes to bring with her some of the experience gained from her previous company after running Mystery Shopping programmes for major retail companies, looking to improve their customer service skills and shop standards.
